Return to Venice

After our stay in Istanbul the boat retraced its steps back to Venice via a slightly different route. Our first stop was on the Greek Island of Mykonos, a very pretty island.

Next day we were back in Turkey, this time to tour the ruined city of Ephesus, which I found really interesting.

Then it was back to Greece to visit the most beautiful island ever - Santorini - it is just unbelievably picturesque.

The following day we did a tour of Olympia.  Robin and I have been here before but wanted to take another look at it.  We again found it very interesting.

After Olympia we just headed straight back for Venice - two nights and a whole day out at sea.  Our cruise was really lovely - great sights and excellent accommodation on the boat.  We have really enjoyed the last twelve days.
