It was raining really hard Sunday night - we know that as we did not go to bed until after 2 pm - we were watching Cadel Evans winning the Tour de France. Very exiting but I could have done without Tina Arena strangling the nation anthem. Why can't it just be sung at the correct speed and without the vocal gymnastics!
Monday morning it was still raining but we stopped off at
Edorado to see a remnant of the gold mining days - an old dredging machine. It is huge... We did not stop very long as it was raining quite hard. It was even to wet to do the 15minute walk around the machine, we would have got soaked.

From Eldorado we more or less went straight home, stopping briefly at Benalla for a snack.
