Robin Kate and I took an overseas visitor to Melbourne today - Flat Addie. We had a few smiles when spotted photographing Melbourne with her!
Kate had not been up the Eureka Tower before and it is quite an experience. A swift lift ride to the 88th floor and then 360 degree views over Melbourne.
From there it is possible to see just how many sporting venues we have - do we have enough our could we squeeze in some more?
The MCG is the largest and it being ANZAC day there was an AFL match on.
We had the longest public holiday ever - Easter and ANZAC day coincided so from Good Friday to today, the Tuesday after Easter, was a holiday for most people - a five day weekend.

These photos bring back memories! We too had a good run of holiday - Easter weekend, then a 3 day week due to Friday off for the Royal Wedding, followed by Bank Holiday Monday - lovely!
