After a full on day yesterday we had a slow start. We let the hotel quite late and had breakfast before getting the bus to the Golden Gate Park. Our plan to day was 1) visit the Japanese Garden. 2) visit the Botanicbotanical garden next to it. 3) see the 'painted ladies' in Alamo Square and 4) go to the stationery stores in Japan Town. We achieved all of that plus we managed to see the Golden Gate Bridge just as the sun was going down.
