Carol Service at Clyde Primary

Kate Robin and I went to Campbell's primary school the other evening to listen to the kids perform their Christmas songs.  It was an outside performance on the school basket ball court.  We got there in plenty of time, so we thought, but ended up right at the back - almost in the cow paddock!

There was the obligatory sausage sizzle so we queued for that.   The school is quite large for a primary school. Clyde is such a growing area so of course there are many children. Kate said there was plans for another school to cater for the large influx of people.

Each grade did a Christmas song, starting with the preps, (very cute) and ending with grade six (full of confidence).
Campbell's grade

Campbell with his Santa hat on.  The other two seem to have given up on singing.  Love the little elf.
After that Santa came on the fire engine - as all Australian Santa's seem to.  The kids were so excited by this time and milling around waiting for Santa and the usual lollies.
