The last week of August had me doing quite a few things.
I had another trip out to Heide, with Jenny this time to specifically walk the grounds and adjoining park lands. Then on the Wednesday I had a train ride out to Ballarat, together with three friends.
On the Friday we went into the city to listen to a lecture on the Twilight of Democracy, part of the Melbourne Writers Festival and on the Sunday it was a belated celebration of Nick's birthday, and a tour of Jenny's new greenhouse.

| After a walk along the Yarra in the adjoining Banksia Park we left the park to check out this really nice nursery. Jen purchased a Lemon Thyme plant, which smelt lovely. |
