Christmas Day

Nine photos that sum up our day

1.
 Christmas dinner was at Kate and Trent's. When we got here the table was already laid
and the meats were cooking.  All was under control.

 Dobbie the Elf stayed out of it, choosing to go ballooning on the patio

Grandma stayed well out of the way too, until being called to the table.

After the main course we did the pressies - Kris Kringle this year for over 18's

Then it was onto dessert which was a great success.

We had so much food today!  The gingerbread house that Kate and Campbell made
 was barely touch - just a few bits broken of here and there

Kate had made a lovely  Australian theme cake which we did not cut on as
we were all so full.  That's ok though, it will keep - we can have that for
 later on. I am looking forward to getting a slab of it next time I go over to Kate's

No one had that much energy after such a huge meal...

...except Nick and Campbell.  We did not see them as they were busy drenching one another with water balloons!
