Our second day in Sydney and a very wet and murky day it has been. Above is a photo I took looking across to the CBD from Pyrmont Bridge. We were in Darling Harbour and decided that the best option was to check out the Maritime Museum, which proved to be interesting. It had the advantage that it was dry!
While in the Darling Harbour area we saw lots of runners who were taking part in a MS fun run - not exactly the day for it, but they were still smiling.
On the way back to the hotel we stopped off to look at the QVB, which was built in 1896 to replace the original Sydney market. It is a lovely old building which was renovated in 1986 and then again in 2008.
