Beer fridge disaster!

You know how things can get pushed to the back of the fridge?  Well, in our house they do, especially in the beer fridge! A can must have been left for some time and it had frozen. The pressure inside the can was just too much so it exploded, smashing glasses in its wake. Luckily it was only one can - there were several frozen plastic bottles of lemonade too, but they held. I shudder to think what would have happened if there were more cans in the same state.
As it was, it took three of us, in successive waves to clean up the mess - and first thing Saturday morning too!
Grandma was first on the scene and discovered the mess so she cleaned up the floor.  As stuff fell out when she opened the fridge she realised what had happened but on the grounds that she is in her 80's she wisely shut the door again.  Robin came next and emptied the fridge, carefully trying to remove all the  shattered glasses as he went. Then it was my turn. As there was coke zero under the fridge, washing machine, bits of glass as far as the laundry door it had to be a full clean  -  move the appliances, mop, sweep, vacuum and then wash the floor.  Then the fridge had to be washed out, taking care with the slivers of glass that kept appearing from seemingly nowhere.
It took several hours to get the laundry back to normal.  Not exactly a good start to a usually relaxing Saturday...
