Christmas 2018

The lights in Chestnut were pretty again this year.  Our neighbours went all out and put up a really nice show.  William went up to examine the reindeer more closely.

I walked up the street several times - once with Gloria and her grand kids and then another night with Jenny.

Christmas day was at Kate and Trent's where we had a great meal cooked by Trent (the meat) and Kate (the trimmings). Kate also made a very novel christmas cake - tasted good too.

After the main course Campbell handed out the presents, Sam joined the gathering during that time from Armadale via FaceTime.  Sam will be returning from NSW in March sometime as she has now finished her post grade degree.

Back to the table for dessert after which we had a game with Campbell's new family trivia game - he accused us adults of not taking it seriously, cheating, helping one another etc. Us - cheating...
