Nicolas invited us to join him and Clo for lunch. Before going up to the house Gerard and I had a walk through the town. It was not very busy and apparently not many tourists venture into it, staying mainly along the main road opposite the park, where there are many pavement restaurants.
Laurence and Theo came to swim later. The pool certainly is a great venue - and it as a very refreshing one on such a warm day. It is a pity we don’t live nearer as this is an ideal holiday house.
