Minsmeare

Yesterday  we spent the whole day with Mary and Brian. In the morning we generally chatted and looked around the garden, the allotment and at their son's new home, two minutes from theirs, all really nice

In the afternoon we went to Minsmeare, a RSPB site. Being the weekend the car park was packed but, as the site is so large, it was not at all crowded.  We spent time in a couple of Hides, looking at the  birds, along with some really serious birders.  It is a fantastic place.

Then in the evening we ate at a quaint country pub, my meal of mussels and creme brûlée (not together) went down very well.

Tonight we are in the Norfolk Broads, at Wroxham.  Being a Sunday , this place is packed. Tomorrow we plan to do a boat trip.
