We are back at home now, after a long trip from Buenos Aires, via Santiago and Auckland. Kate and Trent had opened up the house, turned on the hot water, etc and installed Grandma back at home before picking us up from the airport.
Today Grandma, Jenny and I picked up Winnie from the cattery. Win was obviously very comfortable where she was as she did not seem to be interested in coming home at all, or even very pleased to see me.
Nic, who runs the place is such a cat person. She just loves her 'guests' and lavishes so much care and attention to the cats in her cattery .
