Yanchep

Today we checked out Yanchep National Park. The park is suffering from lack of rain – Loch McNess is virtually dry.  This whole area is Limestone and the park has many caves, one of which, Crystal Cave, we went into.  It used to have an underground stream running through it but no longer – the water table is too low.  Perth is actually in the grip of a drought which is started to be a worry here. 

After the park we popped in on Emma and Dave to say goodbye as tomorrow we would be on our way again.  I did manage to get a sunset at Two Rocks tonight – my last chance.
