Visit to Jenny's

Robin and I took a drive down to Jenny's to pick up a bike rack. And the other reason was so that I could see her new 1909 Singer sewing machine. It is really nice and it still works very well. Jenny just needs to get a manual for it from the US. She is disappointed that it does not have a knee lift, light or auto-cutter! I don't think Singer thought of those until much later. I think her Janome will still be the machine of her choice for actually making things.

I also wanted to see Sam as she has had her braces removed. She smiled brightly to show me her brace less teeth. She can now eat whatever she likes!
